Blue dress.

A couple of months ago, we finally were able to pave our very steep driveway, and while my husband was busily working, I was happily snapping those rare moments when my daughter is actually clean, tidy, and keeping a pretty hair band on her head!

I think, my darling girl, that you happen to be the most beautiful little 18month old in the world.... Whoever said mothers are biased???

Mike And Maddy.

I don't think I was ever as madly in love as these two when I was their age!! ...Or maybe I'v just forgotten that driven, depth of passion; it must mellow as we get older and more sensible! Oh dear, now I sound like an old fuddy duddy!
But, that said, I think my nephew has got himself the most fabbest girlfriend, and they really are a
cute couple!

...a little bit of love to make the world a sweeter place to be.

Two Gorgeous Babies!

When the opportunity arose to ask these twins mummy if I could please practice newborn photography on her babies, and she said yes, I cant begin to tell you how excited I was! One of each, little mr R and miss E, were born very early, and were only due on the sunday just gone! At almost seven weeks old, they still are so very, very tiny, and delicate, with those newborn eyes, and downy hair. Im so glad I got to have a "play" with them! It's tricky, trying those cute little poses that some of the incredibly talented photographers out there are capturing, and Im thinking I really need to have a few lessons in posing. ( or have another baby, so I can practice to my hearts content!! ) Any way, here are the ones I liked the best.

They were poked, and prodded into positions, all the while trying to get in a little snooze time! Poor little darlings, no wonder they crashed at the end of it all! Thank you so very much for letting me photograph your precious bundles! (p.s They didn't cry once!!! Incredible! )

Little Miss M.

This is a little sneeky peek for Tracy, who is this little girls mummy. They are a very special family, who are full of fun and love; especially for this gorgeous child, who has come into their lives to fill it with joy and delight.

Thanks guys, for coming to the hills, driving so far, and for giving me the opportunity to meet your beautiful little girl!

My boy and girl.

My little boy, growing up so very, very fast. With all the spirit and beauty a parent could hope for, strong, courageous, willing and helpful. He is a quiet, gentle sort of soul.

And our beautiful daughter. Full of beans, getting into everything, and keeping me on my toes! And the way she kisses, with her lips all puckered up, totally adorable!

Miss E and Mr O.

Iv had the pleasure of photographing this gorgeous baby girl, Miss E, and her brother Mr O for almost a year now. Here are some favourites I wanted to share.

Only 7 weeks old!

At 3 months....

...her mummy was so brave to let me experiment!!

And growing into a beautiful little girl at 5 months!

And big brother Mr O!
Sweet, delightful little creatures, boys, so busy discovering things, it's hard to sit still!! Ahh, a chocolate frog help!

Miss R.

There is something about this photograph, that reminds me of the artist Ida Rentoul Outhwaite. All those innocent dreams of fairyland, and all its secrets, we once held close to ourselves. From a time when we were little people and knew how to make our dreams seem real and alive, those precious thoughts children hold to their hearts, playing at being  the fairy queen, or an elf and living in a wonderfully imagined place.
